3. Pathology & Lab Orders

Blood test panels and add-ons ordered through our platform are processed securely. Payment must be cleared before pathology requisition forms are issued. Results are interpreted by our clinical team and made available in your patient dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for consultations or lab orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a lab order has already been processed or a consultation has taken place, refunds generally cannot be issued. Please contact our support team for specific inquiries.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Ensure that the medical history and intake forms you provide are accurate and truthful.
